Guests under the age of 18 years are not allowed to stay. No refund will be given if the accommodation is deemed unsuitable after check in.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
If smoking occurs in the villa during your stay, 3.000.000Rph cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
POOL RULES
Jumping in the pool is strictly prohibited as you might splash water to the corridor. If jumping occurs, 3.000.000Rph fee will be billed to your account.
No glassware is allowed in the pool area.
USE OF DRONES
For the comfort and privacy of all our guests, the use of drones is strictly prohibited in our hotel facilities.
BEHAVIOUR
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Disrespectful behavior, disturbance to other accommodation guests and neighbors anytime of the day, including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
If a noise complaint is received a first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, (maximum 2 people per villa). Any persons exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property will be considered trespassers and will be evicted.
It is strictly prohibited to sublease or rent the villa to other guests or people outside your original booking.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING PETS / ANIMALS
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
You acknowledge that we do not cover your personal belongings under our insurance policy and therefore take no responsibility for any loss or damage of the occupant’s personal property left on the premises and agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damages or loss to your personal belongings regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
Please use the safety deposit box to store your belongings.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Staying at this property happens at your own risk. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking. Management, owners, or staff cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or death during the stay.
BREAKAGES AND DAMAGES
Upon check out accommodation should be left clean and tidy.
Damages or breakages of furniture or furnishings must be reported to Management immediately. Breakages or damages to the property and all communal or external areas that are caused by any guest and/or a guest’s visitor will be charged and recouped in full by the guest.
Excess cleaning required on departure or replacement of items removed from the accommodation will be the responsibility of the guest.
Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms. There will be a charge incurred if furniture is not returned to its original location.
NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
Is possible that wild animals and insects can be at the property. I acknowledge potential risks and understand that management, owners, and staff are not responsible for this.
CHANGES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Management, owners, or staff cannot be held responsible for damage, injuries, loss, or death due to Force Majeure, such as tsunamis, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, etc.
KEY LOST
In case of loss of keys 100,000Rph per key or per card will be billed to your account.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check out will be held before 11am, and check in is available after 3pm.
An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out by 11:00am.
Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking and can only be confirmed 1 day prior to arrival or departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night or half day where availability permits. Half day rates are charged at 50% of the nightly tariff.
Any outstanding payment of the reservations has to be paid before check-in.
Any extra bills during the stay need to be settled upon check-out.
